Account Deletion

Request deletion
In the PhotoRevive app, open the You screen, choose Delete account data, and confirm the request. You can also email [email protected]. Include “PhotoRevive” and the short UID shown on the You screen. If you signed in, you may instead include the email used with Apple or Google. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
What we delete
- Your Old Photo Restoration or PhotoRevive account profile and device binding records.
- Uploaded photos, restoration and animation results, and saved history that we can reasonably associate with the account.
- Account-level product activity that is no longer needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
What may be retained
We may retain limited purchase, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and legal-compliance records where required or permitted by law. These records are not kept as active restoration or animation history.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Store refund requests are handled under the relevant store’s policies.
Processing time
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to locate the account, we will ask only for the details needed to complete the request.
