In PhotoRevive, try Restore purchases from the You screen first. Apple and Google manage subscription cancellation and store refunds; include your store, product, and approximate purchase date when contacting us.
Old Photo Restoration + PhotoRevive
Email us for help with a restoration, animation, credit balance, purchase, subscription, or deletion request. PhotoRevive users should include the short UID shown on the app’s You screen so we can find the right account without asking for a full account identifier.

You can send a deletion request from the PhotoRevive You screen or follow the account deletion instructions. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Include what you were trying to create, the approximate time, and whether credits were deducted. Do not attach a sensitive family photo unless it is necessary for the support request.
