Using the service

OldPhotoRestoration.app and the Nuvemori mobile app let you upload old photos, run restoration, compare before and after, download results, and optionally create a short AI animation from a completed restoration. You are responsible for having the right to upload, restore, and animate the photos you submit.

Credits and paid plans

Visitors can run one watermarked browser preview before sign-in. New accounts receive 3 starter credits. One credit restores one photo. Starter-credit downloads include a small watermark. Paid credits and Pro unlock watermark-free results and a higher export ceiling. The launch Memory Motion option costs 15 credits and includes one free redo using the same photo and settings. If a provider task fails before a usable result is returned, reserved credits are refunded automatically.

Mobile subscriptions and purchases

Nuvemori subscription prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant store account settings. One-time credit packs do not renew. Purchase verification, refunds, and store billing are also subject to the applicable Apple or Google terms.

Web subscriptions

The web Pro plan is purchased through Stripe and renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account email; cancellation stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling never removes credits already on your account — one-time packs and granted credits do not expire. There are no cancellation fees. If a payment was duplicated or credits did not arrive, contact us and we will make it right.

Restoration limits

Automatic restoration can repair many scratches, stains, folds, blur, and faded areas, but it cannot guarantee perfect historical accuracy. If important parts of a face or object are missing, the result may be an interpretation rather than a verified reconstruction.

Animation limits

Memory Motion creates a plausible AI-generated movement from a still photo. It is not historical footage or proof of how the person moved. Results can vary, and the service may decline photos that are too blurry, damaged, small, obstructed, or contain multiple people.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to upload illegal content, violate privacy rights, impersonate people, harass others, or create misleading historical claims. We may block accounts that abuse the service or attempt to bypass credit, rate, or security controls.
